 Just Baked is officially open and ready to help local bakers bring their dreams to life! Whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur or an experienced baker who needs more space for cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, sourdough bread, and more — we have the perfect spot for you. Our shared kitchen is designed for bakers as well as creators of charcuterie, jams, jellies, spices & other specialty food items. We offer a professional environment to start or grow your business. 

Located inside Southern Serendipity Boutique + Consignment and The Kids Next Door, our space offers:

• 24/7 access to a fully inspected and insured commercial kitchen
   
• A one-time $150 start-up fee to get started
   
• Hourly rental at $30/hour, with discounted rates of $25/hour between 8 PM and 6 AM
   
• Required proof of insurance and an LLC, for all bakers
   
• Contracts required for users exceeding 20+ hours a week
   
• Shelf space rental available for $40/month
   
• Full access to the entire kitchen during your scheduled time (pots, pans, and utensils are not provided)

• We will help connect you with the NC Department of Agriculture for your culinary inspection. $30/fee for kitchen use
